Who Am I?

I was so tired of working jobs I hated I decided to become a stuntman! In 2002 I joined the BSR - The British Stunt Register - The UK organisation for professional stunt performers.

Unfortunately work was always sporadic, and although I have a lot of great memories, I grew tired of always being unemployed and broke. But the stunt industry gave me a lot of freedom. Well paid work when it came in, and lots of free time.

So I looked for another way I could maintain my freedom, while earning the kind of money stunts provided. It took me a bit of time and searching before I found an online business community who helped me to make my first high ticket sale online!

Since then I was able to continue improving my online skills, and even landed an SEO job - (Search Engine Optimisation).

Anyone can learn these skills and build an income from anywhere - all you need is the right mindset and a little persistence!

How To Escape 9 To 5 With Affiliate Marketing or online business

Affiliate marketing is one of the simplest methods to generate sales online. With affiliate marketing you simply find existing products and services online and promote them. When you make a sale through your unique affiliate link, you earn a commission. You don't need your own products because you can promote existing products which already sell and are popular.

The main benefit of affiliate marketing is that you can multiply your efforts through automation to make more commissions. Once you understand how to make a single sale, you can sell many products through a single system, or even multiple products if you want.

Affiliate marketing is not the only business model which allows you to create more time and freedom. Other online business models allow you to sell your skills or physical products; either your own or existing products.

Affiliate marketing has worked for many people because it is something which can be worked at alongside another job or career. As a stunt performer myself, work was sporadic so I always needed another income when the work dried up.

Many people give up with affiliate marketing far too soon. It is those who have a very strong reason to pursue it who typically succeed.

It is easy to quit when you cannot see the results immediately, and with affiliate marketing there is a lot of upfront work. The work has to be done whether you get paid or not, unlike with a job, where you get paid for turning up.

However, the key with affiliate marketing is ultimately you can use automation and sell products globally. So once you have started generating sales, it become easier and easier because of the automation.

My Online Journey

I first started learning about affiliate marketing in the early 2000's. I was struggling to make a living as a stunt performer, so was looking for other income ideas. After a bit of buying and selling on ebay, I noticed an e-book which offered to teach me how to make money from ebay searches.

The book taught how to buy and sell using badly listed items on ebay which didn't get many bidders! Although the idea was a good one, I struggled to make a consistent income with it. The ebook idea inspired me though because I had bought a digital product and downloaded it without having to deal with anyone, without anyone having to post anything. It was an automated sale!

So I decided to look into selling my own ebook. After a few failed attempts to sell it, I bought a course and quickly realised affiliate marketing was the better opportunity. I could sell someone else's product which was much better than mine. Plus, I could make up to 50% commission on the sale price....
